Warranty Information:All installation related problems shall be handled with urgency and repaired at no cost to the the home owner for 90 Days. Warranty’s and returns regarding any products  which were purchased by the home owner shall be handled by the home owner. Warranty’s regarding products which were purchased by Massimino Home Improvements shall be handled by Massimino Home Improvements and will NOT include additional removal and reinstallation costs. Massimino Home Improvements shall NOT incur any cost related to shipping or replacement that are not covered by the the vendors warranty process. All unintentional damage shall be repaired by Massimino Home Improvements at no cost to the home owner. This does not include intentional damage made for reasons pertaining to the project. Examples of intentional damage are as follows: holes cut in the ceilings or walls for purposes of running wires, damage to drywall for purposes of removing electrical boxes, etc. Massimino Home Improvements will repair intentional damage for a fee but may reserve the right to refer you to an outside contractor to complete these repairs.
